Organize a Girls Who Code Club

Girls Who Code

START A CLUB, NO CODING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Our Clubs are free programs for 3rd-5th and 6th-12th graders to learn computer science and join a growing sisterhood of girls, female-identifying, and non-binary students using tech to change the world.

When you sign up to start an in-person or virtual Club, you’ll gain access to the following — all for FREE. Plus, no coding experience is needed!

  • Online Training & Ongoing Support
  • Flexible Meeting Guides
  • 120+ Hours of Plug & Play
  • Project-Based Curriculum
  • Opportunities to Earn T-Shirts and Other Swag for Your Club
  • Exclusive Virtual Events

OUR CLUBS: FLEXIBLE, ENGAGING, CUSTOMIZABLE

Our flexible curriculum features sisterhood activities, lessons about women in tech, and self-guided coding tutorials for all skill levels in Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, p5.js, and Swift!

A typical Club generally meets 1-2 hours for 10-15+ sessions during the year, but you’ll have the flexibility to customize a schedule that works for you — whether you’re meeting virtually or in person.

We have Clubs as small as 3 members and as big as 30+!
