The Apprentices Badge represents that a teen has achieved the completion of an After School Matters program cycle lead by an industry professional in the Apprenticeship model. Participants learn marketable and critical workplace skills in a particular field. The activities performed throughout the cycle will help participants articulate career readiness skills including verbal communication, collaboration, problem solving, and social awareness.

Criteria
- The teen completed the program and all of its required tasks outlined within the After School Matters Apprenticeship guidelines, including contributing to the final product and/or final showcase.
