Cross Country at Austin Town Hall

Looking to increase your endurance? Through this activity, participants will learn about the skills and stamina needed to compete in the sport of cross country running. Participants will be taught warm up and flexibility exercises that lead to a lifetime of fitness. Athletes have the opportunity to compete with their peers at Chicago Park District regional and citywide meets. Day(s) of the week: Friday
