CPS Alumni are offered support by a school based staff from the moment they graduate through the fall of the 2nd year of postsecondary. These supports include a CPS Staff Mentor, access to near peer mentors, and access to additional resources such as programming and financial supports. Department: #CPS. Tier: #PreventionYCYC. Type of Service: #UniversalYC. Season: Year-Round. Criteria to Enter: Available for all CPS Graduates who are in their first year-fall of their second year out of high school.
