Lurie Children's Potocsnak Family Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine provides comprehensive primary, consultative, and specialty services to adolescents and young adults. We accept new patients for primary care between 12-22 years of age. Additionally, our Community Programs and Initiatives team collaborates closely with community members and organizations to promote healthy and inclusive spaces for youth across the Chicago region.
