Criteria

  1. The student is able to determine the credibility of their sources. They understand the difference between peer-reviewed and unvetted information and use only credible sources to support their claims.
  2. The student understands who is supporting the work, explains the non-scientific factors that may influence the author's conclusions.
  3. The student evaluates a claim or argument and explain how the data presented support, do not support, or are insufficient for the conclusions drawn.
