Makerspace Workshop

In this workshop, participants will be exposed to various equipment and jobs involved in advanced manufacturing. Participants will hear about various programs and supports available at Daley College for students exploring these career paths. Additionally, they will get a taste of advanced manufacturing by using CAD software to create an original 3D design that will be printed on our machines. To participate in CAD design activity, students will be asked to complete 6 self-guided tutorials in TinkerCAD prior to the class (time to complete is approximately 30 minutes for the average user).
