Yoga at NPV

This class works to lengthen, strengthen and stretch the body while clearing the mind. Reduce stress while improving strength and flexibility through visualization, focused breathing, and yoga postures with modifications for all levels. This Yoga class will be modified to be a "Yoga Meditation Walk" program. An instructor will lead participants through a yoga walk throughout the North Park Village Nature Center's preserve and close with standing meditation poses physically distanced. This program takes place outdoors. Participants must dress appropriately for the weather, class will not meet during inclement weather. No yoga mat is required. Wear comfortable and loose fitting attire.
