Chair Exercise at Mather

This activity emphasizes flexibility, strength, endurance and cardio-respiratory health through chair-based exercises and gentle movements.Participants in this program must follow all COVID-related health and safety guidelines, including use of face masks and social distancing. Additionally, because of social distancing requirements and limited indoor space, this program will be conducted outside. If an individual meeting date must be cancelled due to inclement weather, there will be no make-up dates nor will fees be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
