South Shore Cultural Center Day Camp Interns

In keeping with the Park District Mission of "Children First" our goal is to serve children 6 - 12 years old. Our Teen Interns work with day camp children helping them enhance their social skills, meet new friends & new skills, while creating a safe and fun environment. At the end of the Summer programs, a finale showcase takes place, highlighting the teens interns and day camp children, performing dance, theater, photography, and music. Teen Intern Responsibilities: * Keeping campers organized during meals and field trips * Distribute camp supplies * Taking daily attendance * Stage Management * Helping campers learn their roles for the finale showcase * Alerting Park District staff of camper concerns
