After School Matters
Together with communities, the Gardeneers program empowers teens to connect with healthy food through experiential, garden-based learning. Teens learn about nutrition, the community, and the environment through hands-on lessons in school gardens. As a gardener, teens will be part of planting, harvesting and eating something theyve grown.
