3D Printing Workshop
John G. Shedd Aquarium
The Teen Learning Lab is hosting an introductory workshop on 3D printing with Shedd Aquarium’s Assistant Director of Exhibit Services Kristen Neria. Kristen will demonstrate how 3D printing is being used to prototype exhibits, interactive props and animal enrichment toys at Shedd.
During this free workshop, teens will learn how to use a 3D printer and how to create printable 3D objects using Computer Assisted Design software. Come by the Teen Learning Lab and see how 3D printing can connect engineering, design and the natural world!
When: 12:00pm—2:00pm Saturday May 17th
