22nd Ward Public Service Office; Constituent Services Advanced Internship - Ward 22

Constituent Services Advanced Internship: Welcome residents to the 22nd ward office and address their concerns. Input City of Chicago service request into the city's database. Help residents fill out minor paper work. Direct residents to appropriate assistance agencies. Interns will be paired with one full time staff member to assist them with their daily staff duties. They will share the responsibilities with this staff member and report back to the staff on their progress during our weekly staff meetings. Eventually direct staff oversight will decrease depending on the interns performance and comfort with tasks.
