Adult Open Gym Gymnastics at Morgan Park SC

When was the last time you did a cartwheel, swung upside down on the rings, or jumped on a trampoline? Whether you are a former gymnast, or have no gymnastics experience this class is open to all adults interested in gymnastics. The class will be conducted in an open format, our instructors will be available to teach you new skills or help you master current skills. Days of the week: Saturday
