The Center for Disability and Elder Law (CDEL) and the West Town library invite you to an informative presentation addressing legal services for power of attorney for healthcare and property and living will declarations. CDEL is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting and advancing the legal rights of low-income senior citizens and persons with disabilities in Cook County since 1984.
