Join Audrey Calkins, a personal trainer from AC Phoenix Fitness, for a monthly class designed to help you improve strength, balance, and flexibility through bodyweight exercises that meet you where you are. All ability levels are welcome, and the class is chair-optional-making it accessible and adaptable for everyone. Get motivated, challenge yourself, and learn new moves in a supportive environment.
