
Self-Care Saturday Wellness and Yoga with Melody Farmer

The practice of yoga can enhance the quality of life for people of any age. In various sequences we will use a combination of simple stretches and yoga poses. Participants will be encouraged to participate in breath awareness, mindful movement, creative expression using yoga and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) techniques.
