Ice Skating - Axel & Jump Workshop at Morgan Park SC

This workshop focuses on beginning jumps: Half Jump / Waltz Jump / Toe Loop / Salchow / Loop / Flip / Axel prep, and is designed for Skaters in Pre-Freeskate through Free Skate 6 It will work on proper form and technique when entering, rotating, and landing these beginner jumps. Classes may start off-ice first, to work on body positioning, before getting on the ice for the remainder of class - please wear gym shoes to class. Days of the week: Monday
