Track & Field at Ogden
Chicago Park District
Participants will learn the basics of sprinting, hurdling, relay running and field events, as well as proper warm up and flexibility exercises. Athletes may have the opportunity to compete with their peers at Chicago Park District area, regional and citywide championship meets. Days of the week: Monday Wednesday Friday
