The Self-Care Kickback is a space where teens come together to share self-care knowledge, support one another, and build a strong sense of community. We believe in the power of self-care to navigate life’s challenges while promoting mental, physical, and social well-being.
Our program prioritizes holistic health through engaging activities designed for relaxation, stress relief, and self-awareness. Teens participate in hands-on experiences like Canvas & Kool-Aid, Mindfulness Workshops, Fitness Challenges, and Healthy Cooking Classes, gaining practical tools to manage stress, improve mental health, and develop healthy lifestyle habits.
