The CREATE Community Ambassadors program is a quarterly training and practicum program designed for teens and young adults aged 15-21 interested in Child and youth development, and community health & wellness. Each cohort consists of 10 interns who receive 100 hours of training, mentoring, and hands-on experience in program coordination, community engagement, and project development.
Through structured training, mentorship, and real-world application, interns develop career-related skills, leadership abilities, and teamwork while contributing to meaningful projects that benefit their peers and the broader community. The program emphasizes professional growth, social-emotional learning, and workforce readiness, ensuring that participants leave with practical experience and a strong foundation for future opportunities.
