Over and Under: Weaving: Explore the work of indigenous artist Kelly Church, who weaves traditional baskets. Then, create your own weaving on a loom with yarn and other materials, to tell a story or pass on knowledge to others. You may also contribute to a collaborative community weaving on a large scale loom. The Artist's Studio provides drop-in, family art-making opportunities, designed in partnership with the Art Institute of Chicago. For families with kids 3 and up.
