Mom, Pop & Tot Yoga at Eugene Field

This class will focus on the beginning poses of yoga with your little one. The remainder of the class will be designed for free play to help encourage social independence. Involves children working on developmental and coordination skills with Mommy or Daddy Day of the week: Tuesday
