Homeless Outreach with ReVive Center

If you're someone facing homelessness, come meet ReVive's Homeless Outreach Team at the Manning Branch to learn more about resources available to you, such as information about housing assessments. ReVive Center for Housing and Healing is a Chicago non-profit meeting people experiencing homelessness where they are, and expertly connects them with food, housing, income, healthcare, and community.
