HallowHood - A South Shore Collab

Join the South Shore community for a series of events on the East 71st Street Corridor (From Merrill Ave to Ridgeland Ave) all on Halloween night! See below for details.

Hallow-Glow Party - 1818 East 71st (All Ages)

• Come dance in the dark with other monsters and creatures while glowing on the dance floor. There will also be a taffy apple making station. This zone is open to all. Doors open at 4pm!

Quality Of Life Factory - 1834 East 71st St (All Ages)

• This space will be welcoming South Shore residents to come socialize with community leaders, learn about the South Shore QLP and share community resources.

Merrills' Magic Garden - 7032 South Merrill (Ages 5-10)

• Here will be pumpkin painting in the community garden. This area will be for 5 to 10 year old children. Refreshments will be provided.

Horror Hour Adults Zone- 1735 East 71st St (21+)

• Join us here for a steppers set hosted by Taboo Productions from 5pm to 7pm. Along with presentations from community stakeholders, there will be chances to engage with leaders in the community and gift raffles. Refreshments will be available, and must be 21+ to enter this zone.

Doctor Palmers Lab Zone - 1745 East 71st St (Ages 3-7)

• Scary but not so scary cookie decorating, arts & crafts, and movies. This zone is dedicated to the youngest monsters of all. This zone is for 3 to 7 year olds.

Nash Spooktacular Zone - 1833 East 71st St (Teens + Young Adults)

• Candy and costume giveaway, video gaming, creative arts table, slushies & snacks, with a guest DJ.

Scary Lights In The Night - 7040 South Jeffery Blvd. (Adults)

• This will be an outside space for adults to come and socialize with the community. There will be food, drinks & music.
