Utility Bill Assistance with CEDA

Are utility bills weighing you down? CEDA Energy Services programs assist customers in paying their electric, gas, and water bills. A representative from the CEDA Energy Services Department will be available on-site to share information about the upcoming program year and answer questions regarding their services, including how to apply, what documents to bring to the appointment, and where to apply.
