The Express Permit Program for Electrical Work

In September 2024, the Department of Buildings’ Express Permit Program will expand to cover permits for electrical-only work. In this session, we will provide a walkthrough of the new online application for electrical work and electrical monthly maintenance. This program is geared toward electrical contractors and expediters who have experience applying for electrical-only permits under the previous process.
