Mindful Eating: Nourish to Flourish

This 4-week series will apply mindfulness practices to diet and nutrition. You will learn techniques that will help you direct your awareness towards the food in front of you and the factors influencing your food choices. This series is sponsored by Mather, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating Ways to Age Well. Our facilitator is Tiffany Denise Mitchenor.
