Mindful Eating: Nourish to Flourish

This 4-week series will apply mindfulness practices to diet and nutrition. You will learn techniques that will help you direct your awareness towards the food in front of you and the factors influencing your food choices. This series is sponsored by Mather, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to creating Ways to Age Well. Our facilitator is Tiffany Denise Mitchenor. She completed the MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) program at RUSH medical, is a certified trauma informed yoga instructor, as well as a Master of Performance ArtsFor ages 55 and upAccessibility Need sign language interpretation or other accessibility assistance for this event?
