The Gage Park Library and the City Clerk’s Office invite you to stop by the library during our mobile CityKey event to receive a free CityKey ID. You must call the Gage Park Library @ 312-747-0032 to set up your appointment.
Please arrive on time and bring all necessary paperwork the day of the event. If you need further assistance or have questions about CityKey, please contact by email at citykey@cityofchicago.org.
Note: We kindly ask for ONLY people who live in GP call to sign up. Once we fill our 75 slots there will be a general CityKey event happening for ANY Chicago resident to make an appointment and apply to get a CityKey ID
