My CHI. My Future. Mondays x Lollapalooza is back! Starting June 24, you can win a 4-day pass to Lollapalooza for you and a friend just by using the My CHI. app. Winners will be announced each week until July 22nd. Fill out the form linked below by end of day Monday to qualify for that week's sweepstakes!

Sweepstakes entries will drop weekly, and you can enter for a chance to win each week (winners will be removed from future consideration).

Requirements to receive your ticket if you win:

• You must be a teen or young adult between the ages of 14 and 22
• You must live in Chicago and present a valid ID/school ID at pickup
• You must have the My CHI. My Future. app downloaded on your phone
• You must pick up your ticket in person on a designated date in mid to late July
• Each winner will receive two 4-day passes

Selections are made weekly through a random drawing. Participants may only win once in total, and will not be eligible to win again once they are awarded a ticket. MCMF reserves the right to refuse to issue a ticket if the winner does not meet the above requirements at pickup. Many will enter, few will win. (Featured)
