Alpha and the Princes of Futa at Columbus Refectory

Alpha and The Princes of Futa are a group of diverse musicians from various backgrounds who come together out of their love for music. They specialize in world music, drawing inspiration from the rich musical traditions of Fulani and Wolof cultures, especially of the West African regions of Senegal and Guinea. This event is part of the Chicago Park District?s Front Porch Music Series offering concerts in an intimate setting.
