- 8–8:45am Pilates
- 9–9:45am Yoga
- 10–10:45am Cardio Kickboxing
- 11–11:45pm Zumba®
Participants are asked to bring their own workout mat
Millennium Park Great Lawn • Free Admission
The workout program takes place on the Great Lawn in Millennium Park most Saturdays from May 18 to August 31, 8-11:45am with a series of 45-minute workouts including Pilates, Yoga, Cardio Kickboxing and Zumba®. ASL interpretation will be provided for all workouts.
There is no workout scheduled on July 6th.
