Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with music and cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. If you've never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player, Cardio Tennis is the best way to train for tennis.
This class is for anyone who is interested in fast paced tennis, getting a workout, having an incredible social experience, looking for a little competition, and getting better at tennis. All fitness and ability levels are welcome. Participants must be able to move and be injury free.
