Youth Yoga at McFetridge
Chicago Park District
A breath-centric yoga course for youth, specifically designed to help reduce stress and increase confidence and well-being. Each week progressively introduces and integrates the tools of yoga to balance, nourish, and calm the body and mind. A simple, home yoga practice is offered to reinforce that particular week?s learning. By the end of the session, the students have a full understanding of practice, including ways to vary and develop their practice as they move through life. Day of the week: Wednesday
