SERVICE COORDINATION & NAVIGATION (SCaN) program targets youth ages 14-24 in the Roseland and Pullman communities who are or have been involved with the justice system or have a family history of the above. The program seeks to help stabilize eligible youth in their current environment by increasing their self-efficacy and assisting them in their transition to adulthood. The program provides service connection to legal services, transportation assistance, counseling, housing supports, education programs, employment placement services, healthcare services, and internships and apprenticeships.
