Autonomous Vehicle Camp

Argonne is presently taking applications for 2024 Argonne Autonomous Vehicle Camp. In the Autonomous Camp teens will work together designing and building an autonomous (self-driving) vehicle. Participants will learn mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering concepts including CAD (computer aided design) and coding and be assisted by college interns from Argonne National Laboratory.

The culmination of camp will be a friendly competition as the autonomous cars make their way through a maze-like obstacle course within a designated amount of time and with the least amount of human intervention — no experience necessary!
