USAG Pre Team Gymnastics at Calumet Gymnastics

Through this activity, athletes will gain an understanding of body positions and kinesthetic awareness, while increasing their strength and flexibility. There is no competition at this level, but the activity is designed to prepare gymnasts for participation in USA Gymnastics competitive compulsory and optional activities.
