Did you know you could save up to $30 on your home internet service? Drop in to learn more and get one-on-one assistance with the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP).The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a federal program that makes broadband internet more affordable for eligible households and families by providing up to a $30 savings towards home internet. You are eligible if you receive assistance through SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Housing Assistance, Veterans Pension or survivor benefits, SSI, WIC, and/or the Lifeline Program. You may also qualify based on your income.You may need the following documentation to apply:Proof of identity (valid government ID, passport, resident card or green card) Address (valid government ID, utility bill, mortgage statement or lease)Qualifying program participation (benefit award letter, statement, or school documentation) Household income (bank statement, check stub, or Social Security benefits statement)For more information, visit affordableconnectivity.gov or visit the Chicago Digital Equity Coalition Resource Hub.How to AttendThis event takes place in person.
