Dance - Ballet - Youth 1 at McFetridge

This class is an introduction to the basics of Ballet. Instruction will focus on foundational technique such as positions, floor work, center work, and basic dance combinations. We will learn simple steps such as tendu, plie, and bourree while working towards more complex steps like jete leaps. Dance lessons help build strength, flexibility, confidence, and respect for self and others. Community: West Ridge. Days of the week: Sunday
