Youth Academy Financial Literacy Program
Center for Housing Education and Financial Fitness (CHEFF)
“Keeping it 100 – Touchdown to Success” is a financial literacy program for teens starting at age 13 and young adults up to age 30. Our program is ideal for family fun while learning. We also welcome partnerships with Teachers and Youth leaders.
The program includes self-interactive financial literacy course curriculums and mentoring sessions on good money habits to prepare for reaching financial goals. Awards and other incentives are provided.
When youth take financial literacy classes learning the basics of budgeting, saving and debt management, they obtain a strong foundation to build on as adults and avoid life-long money problems. It also sets them on a path towards success to build wealth.
Our Financial Literacy Program provides not only fundamental studies but also other support and motivating activities to help reach financial goals.
Open enrollment for the fall session begins on Monday, August 7, 2023, through Monday, August 21, 2023. A virtual introductory session will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023. (Youth under the age of 18 must join the session with a parent or legal guardian)
