Know your Immigration/Migrant Rights!

Join us to discover your immigration and migration rights. This workshop will help you learn more about protections based on immigration status including information about U-Visa, T-Visa, VAWA, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, Defensive Asylum, as well as the Naturalization and Citizenship process. We will also discuss Renewal of Green Cards, DACA renewal information, and how to adjust ones status. Finally, information about Temporary Protected Status and removal and deportation process will be covered. This program is in partnership with the Haitian American Museum of Chicago.
