Medicina Academy Apprentice Program (MAAP)

Medicina Academy Apprentice Program (MAAP) is a highly engaging pre-medical apprentice program that provides pathways for Latino students to prepare for professions in the medical field. Latino students who enroll in this program are far more likely to be prepared for college and careers in the medical profession.

Apprentices take part in medical courses & lab sessions; higher education courses; and inter/intrapersonal activities; and career development sessions twice a month on Saturdays. (Program dates: September 2024 – May 2025)

Interested current 9th, 10th, and 11th graders can apply by submitting the MAAP Admissions online Application, including a personal statement, recommendation letter and form, and unofficial transcript.
