Join Jill from Shambhala Meditation Center of Chicago in a guided meditation practice and discussion on home meditation and connecting with inner wisdom. This program is open to parents with or without children 10 and up. No prior experience is necessary. *Special Note: Jill has requested that all participants in her program wear a mask.
