Teen Learning Lab Open House

Come by the OPEN HOUSE and invite any high school teens who may be interested in checking it out! The Teen Learning Lab is excited to announce its 3rd Annual Open House! The theme will be "Pillars of Animal Care" - Veterinary Care, Exhibit Design, Water Quality, Husbandry Training, and Conservation/Rehabilitation. This special opportunity will also feature Dr. Bill Van Bonn, Shedd's VP of veterinary care, as a keynote speaker. Dr Bill will be sharing about his career established in animal care and health expertise, overseeing its diverse aquatic medicine initiatives as well as furthering innovative veterinary science at Shedd. You will also have the opportunity to discover what's happening at the Teen Learning Lab this year, connect with new and returning teens, learn about teen career interests, and hangout with staff and mentors participating in the event. Refreshments will be served. CTA single ride passes will be provided to students who utilize public transit.
