Service Coordination & Navigation (SCaN)
SGA Youth & Family Services
Youth are paired with a Navigator who provides comprehensive support to help youth identify and accomplish individualized goals and connect to the services that can support these goals. SCaN aims to increase youth stability and reduce the likelihood of engaging in violence.
