Program Overview
Legit Pathways Academy ™ (LPA) is a career development program for emerging adults ages 18–25 who come from Disproportionately Impacted Areas (DIAs).
Job Description
Earn $25/hour to work with licensed attorneys and business executives on projects related to the legal, regulated cannabis industry.
This 8–week fellowship features "on-the-job" learning where participants study cannabis regulations, conduct industry research, and develop an individualized career plan.
This opportunity is ideal for young adults interested in business, law, or other pathways related to the cannabis industry.

Eligibility Requirements
- Be age 18–25 at the time of application
- Be from an R3-eligible zone
- Have a high school or equivalency diploma
- Attend Saturday trainings (10:30am-12:30pm)
