Speed & Agility at Tilton
Chicago Park District
Participants will learn how to develop and increase their speed, agility, balance, coordination, core stability, endurance, and overall athletic movement control. This class will focus on proper training techniques. It also aids in cardiovascular health and overall fitness. Great for pre-season and off season training. This class is for both beginners and advanced athletes.
