1. Think about your skills 
2. Think about your passions
3. Think about your experience

OUTLINE IT!

1. Your speech should only be 30 seconds long, so make sure you choose relevant skills, passions and experience.
2. Don't just list them out, you don't want to sound like a robot, you should sound like you!

PRACTICE!

**Remember, don't just practice in the mirror (although try that too), but also practice in front of a friend or family member to make sure you have that human element going on**
