Description:
100 Level - No experience necessary
When creating a trailer you must convey some information about a movie in a short amount of time.
Imagine you’ve been hired by a film company to create a trailer. Here is the story you are using to create your trailer: In the beginning a princess lives in a small peasant town, she falls in love with a peasant boy. In the middle, the princess is captured by an evil prince and is taken far away. The peasant boy dresses up in disguise and goes to search for her. In the end, the peasant boy and the princess are married.
Steps:
1. Use 7-10 images from the “Princess Bride” challenge resources and sequence the images to fit the written story. Sequence in film means to put in an order of what happens in the beginning, what happens in the middle and what happens at the end.
2. Add a title to each image.
-Your title should be one sentence that explains what is happening in each photo
-Each photo must remain on screen 4-8 seconds.
3. Add transitions between each photo. A transition in a video or film is an editing technique which one shot is instantaneously replaced on screen by another.
4. Upload the trailer
