Through a variety of programming, academic advising, scholarship opportunities, and student organizations, WIEP promotes and encourages the success of all students in the College of Engineering. WIEP also leads efforts in recruiting and retaining female students in the College of Engineering, including implementing K-12 outreach programs. In partnership with all engineering departments and support/success units on campus, we strive to increase the percentage of female engineering graduates and ensure that they are prepared to pursue advanced degrees and/or full-time employment in their respective fields.
